The Tunisian Minister of Interior and the German Ambassador discussed issues related to counterterrorism and illegal migration
The Tunisian Ministry of Interior organized a high-level meeting between the Minister of Interior and the German Ambassador to Tunisia, Peter Prügel. The meeting aimed to discuss enhancing bilateral cooperation between the two countries in areas such as counterterrorism, border protection, forensic and scientific policing, and local affairs.
According to the statement issued by the ministry, both parties expressed their satisfaction with the ongoing progress in their mutual cooperation and emphasized the need to continue supporting this collaboration.

Additionally, supporting them through development projects in their home countries was highlighted as a way to address the issue.
